Taxation Expert : Direct & Indirect Tax

Location: Chennai

  • Work closely with the Finance & Tax head to support, coordinate and manage the tax positions of the India legal entities in compliance with legislation and corporate guidelines and to safeguard the Company from financial risks and claims.

  • Manage the direct tax audits and controversy matters in India.

  • Manage the other compliances like the quarterly computation and payment of advance taxes, applicable TDS on inter-company payments etc.

  • Work with the global tax team to implement strategic goals, tax initiatives and policies and regular reporting through internal tools.

  • Ensure full compliance in terms of monthly GST payments, return filings.
     
  • Provide necessary response to queries raised by statutory departments related to indirect taxation in an appropriate and timely manner.

Distribution Order Processing

Location: Chennai

  • Graduate with 4-5 years’ experience in Spare Parts/ Automobiles

  • Candidate should be from Automotive background

  •   Language Proficiency: English & Hindi
  • Candidate should be proficient in basic Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros)

  •    Should have Procurement Knowledge to follow Up with Procurement team for Parts supportability

  •    Should be able to make the MIS w.r.t Distribution Order – Order Received/ Processed & Invoiced/ Dispatched

  •     Should be able to communicate to Dealers on the Order status & respond to their Queries

  •  Should coordinate with Transporters for Delivery related queries
