Customer Management Team – Spare Parts Logistics

Location: Chennai

  • Need Experience in Automobile / Logistics Stream.
  • Should have Handled customer queries related to availability date (ETA) of Backorder Parts in coordination with Internal teams.
  • To Respond to customer emails immediately with best possible solutions.
  • Proactive Actions and communications on non-availability of Parts with visibility to customers – to avoid escalations.
  • Regular connect/Meeting with Potential customers – to make a good communication flow.
  • To Handle with transporters and WH team for timely dispatch and delivery of consignments.
  • To Handle claims related shipments delivered (Short, Excess, Transit claims processing)
  • To have good communication skill in English, Tamil, Hindi – (Speak)
  • To have good excel skill like Vlookup, Pivot Table, and basic excel

Distribution Order Processing

Location: Chennai

  • Graduate with 4-5 years’ experience in Spare Parts/ Automobiles

  • Candidate should be from Automotive background

  •   Language Proficiency: English & Hindi
  • Candidate should be proficient in basic Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros)

  •    Should have Procurement Knowledge to follow Up with Procurement team for Parts supportability

  •    Should be able to make the MIS w.r.t Distribution Order – Order Received/ Processed & Invoiced/ Dispatched

  •     Should be able to communicate to Dealers on the Order status & respond to their Queries

  •  Should coordinate with Transporters for Delivery related queries
